Ингредиенты
- 2 x Spanish onions
- 5 x Cloves fresh garlic
- 3 stalk celery
- 3 lrg Carrots
- 1 x Parsnip
- 1 sm Eggplant
- 1 lrg Zuccini
- 1/2 lb Fresh green beans
- 1/4 bn Fresh cilantro or possibly flat parsley
- 1 can Kidney beans, ( can be omitted)
- 1 box frzn corn
- 1 can (28 ounce) crushed tomatoes
- 2 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
- 4 ounce Small pasta (like a,b,c,) cooked and liquid removed

- Cut all fresh vegetables into bite size or possibly smaller pcs, green beans into 1" pcs. In large pot, saute/fry onion and garlic, until soft. Add in rest of fresh vegetables.Add in tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes,and cover with water.Simmer until tender,then add in pasta and corn. Season with salt, pepper,oregano,basil, italian seasoning and garlic pwdr to taste.
- I use a 12 qt stock pot, and freeze some for another day. I have found which most tomato based soups and sauces taste even better when reheated another day. Enjoy!
