- 4 lrg Meyer lemons - (for 1 c. juice)
- 1 c. sugar
Инструкции
- Wash the lemons. Remove the zest, then cut the lemons in half and juice. Pour the juice in a bowl and mix well with the zest and sugar. Let the mix macerate for 24 hrs at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
- Strain the syrup into clean sterilized jars and store in the refrigerator. Add in 1 to 3 tsp. to each c. of iced tea. Add in a sprig of mint to the iced tea if you like.
- This recipe yields about 1 1/4 c..
- Yield: 1 1/4 c.
