- 4 Gal(s) Cooked brown rice\
- 1 Can #10 can tomato sauce
- 1 Gal. Minced onions
- 1/2 Cups Minced garlic
- 2 Oz Taco seasoning
- 1/2 Cups Vegetable stock
- 3 Tbsps Salt
- 1/4 Cups Worchestershire sauce
Инструкции
- Heat oil and add onions to cook until slightly brown
- Add garlic, And taco seasoning and cook for 5 minutes
- Add veggie stock and simmer about 5-10 minutes on medium
- Mix tomatoe sause, salt, worchestershire sauce, and cooked onions mix into rice
- Heat thoroughly for service
- Taste and adjust seasoning
