- 1 med avocado minced
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 x red chili (optional), finely minced
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1/2 tsp Euual For Recipes (or possibly 1 1/2 packets Equal sweetener or possibly 1 tbspn Equal Spoonful)
- 1 x green onion sliced
- 1/4 c. minced parsley

- Stir in green onion and 3 Tbsp. parsley. Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
