- 1 Tbsp. Unflavored Gelatin
- 1/4 c. Cool Water
- 2 c. Ripe Honeydew Melon Or possibly Cantaloupe, Mashed
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla, (1 1/2 Lbs.)
- 1 c. Heavy Cream, Whipped
Инструкции
- 1. Soften gelatin in cool water.
- 2. Combine mashed or possibly crushed melon or possibly cantaloupe, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan; simmer for a few min till sugar is melted.
- 3. Stir in gelatin and refrigeratetill mix begins to thicken.
- 4. Stir in vanilla and mix in whipped cream.
- 5. Pour into melon-shaped mold and cover.
- 6. Freeze till hard.
- Makes 6 servings.
