- 1 lg. onion
- 2 stalks celery
- Bunch parsley
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 lbs. minced meat
- 1 pound sausage (sweet)
- 8 ounce. Parmesan cheese
- 12 ounce. bread crumbs
- Grnd giblets (optional)
Инструкции
- Break sausage in small pcs; brown till cooked. In food processor grind onion, parsley, and celery; add in to sausage and cook. Brown minced meat; drain fat and add in to sausage mix. Drain off any fat.
- To dry mix of bread crumbs and cheese add in 2 Large eggs, meat mix, and 1 c. water. With hands mix to consistency to stuff turkey.
