- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 can Cambell's condensed tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. Brewed Maxwell House coffee
- 3 ounce Can sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. Minced green pepper Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 12 ounce Tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Basil or possibly oregano
- 1 lb Warm, cooked spaghetti

- Brown garlic and onion lightly in oil. Add in meat and brown. Stir in soup, tomato paste, coffee and sugar. Mix well and simmer 30 min. Add in mushrooms and basil and simmer 5 min longer. Serve over pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
- Serves 6.
