- 3 lrg Ripe mangos
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Sugar (or possibly to taste)
- 2 lrg Ripe hard peaches
- 4 Tbsp. Light rum
- 1 c. Heavy cream
- 1/2 c. Slivered blanched almonds

- Peel andslice mangoes, press through a sieve, add in sugar and lemon juice, blend. Peel peaches and cut them in smallish cubes and add in to mangoes. Whip cream, mix in alomonds and rum and blend with mangoes. Serve in individual c. or possibly in pastry shells. Refrigeratewell before serving. Top each serving with a piece of fresh fruit, such as a slice of peach, or possibly a cherry or possibly strawberry.
