- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. kiwis-pared diced, pureed
- 1 1/2 c. mango pureed
- 1/4 c. lime juice

- In a sauce pan combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil then remove from heat and cold, then chill. Blend the kiwi, mango and lime juice together, chill. Then blend with the syrup. Freeze in a ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
