- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 ounce Anchovies liquid removed and patted dry
- 1 med Egg Yolk -- hardboiled
- 4 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. Parmesan Cheese

- Combine garlic, pepper, and anchovies in a blender. Blend till everything is finely minced.
- Add in egg yolk, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend till smooth.
- Turn blender on high and add in the oil in a thin, steady stream while blender is running.
