- 8 ounce Raw beef liver, 1/2 inch thick
- 4 ounce Onion
- 1 can Mushrooms, liquid removed

- Slice onions and break into rings. Place rings in Teflon pan, cover and simmer till soft, 5 min. Remove cover, raise heat and brown onions.
- Remove onions. Add in liver to pan. Cover and simmer about 3 min on low heat. Turn liver and score
