PLACE STEAKS ON A RACK IN THE BROILER PAN. PLACE PAN 3 INCHES FROM FROM HEAT, BROIL FOR 5 Min ON EACH SIDE Or possibly Until DONE TO DESIRED LIKING WHEN CUT. TRANSFER TO A CUTTING BOARD AND THINLY SLICE; SQUEEZE LEMON OVER SLICES AND SEASON TO TASTE WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
