- 48 Each 4oz Chicken Breast
- 2 Bottles Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Lemon Pepper spice
- 1/2 Cup Crushed thyme
- 1/2 Cup Crushed basil
- 1/2 Cup Poultry Seasoning
- 1/4 Cup Garlic powder
- 1/2 Cup Onion powder
- 1 Pint Honey
- 1 Cup Worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 Cup Salt
- 2 Cups Olive oil

- Thaw chicken cutlet according to safe handling procedures
- Trim fat
- Blend seasoning, honey , lemon, oil in the blendeer
- Place drained and clean chicken in a roasting pan and pour seasoning marinade over the chicken
- Marinate chicken- Stirring occasionally, for a minimum of 2hours-up to 18hours in advance
- Remove from marinade, shaking off excess marinade and place on a parchement lined sheet pan to bake
- Roast chicken in 375 degree convection oven(or 425 conventional oven) for 15minutes, or until internal temperature is 165
- Fast cooking at higher heat will require less time and allow chicken to be batch cooked
