- 1/3 c. Honey
- 1/2 c. Molasses
- 1 head garlic, broken unpeeled
- 1 Tbsp. Whole cumin seeds
- 3 Tbsp. Whole coriander seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Whole black peppercorns
- 1 Tbsp. Whole white peppercorns
- 8 sm Dry red chiles
- 2 x Bay leaves
- 3 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 3 can (16 Ounce) tomatoes
- 1 quart White vinegar
- 4 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Salt
Инструкции
- Combine first 9 ingredients in stock pot. Cook on medium heat 30 min.
- Add in paste and tomatoes and cook 15 min breaking up the tomatoes. Stir in vinegar, water and salt. Simmer and reduce to desired consistency uncovered for 2-4 hrs. Puree in blender. Chill for a day or possibly two to age.
