- 3 ounce Cream cheese
- 3 ounce Blue cheese
- 1 pt Lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkt Unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. Cool water
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 1/4 c. Minced pecans
- 10 x Minced jalapenos (alter for your tastes)
- 1 jar (2 ounce) pimentos, liquid removed and minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Инструкции
- Mix cheeses and lowfat sour cream till smooth. Sprinkle gelatin into cool water in a sauce pan. stir over low heat till gelatin is de solved. Stir gelatin into cheese mix;stir in vinegar. Fold in the remaining ingredients.
- Spray an 8 inch round cake pan with non stick spray and pour mix in.
- Cover and chill till set. Serve with crackers or possibly veggies.
