Ингредиенты
- 1 pound scallops
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Healthy pinch paprika
- 1 T minced parsley
- Healthy pinch oregano
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
- 4-5 Italian frying peppers
Инструкции
- Place scallops in baking dish and sprinkle with paprika, parsley, oregano. In saucepan pour tomato juice; add in minced parsley, paprika, oregano and garlic pwdr. Bring to boil; let simmer 6 min till thickened. Pour mix over scallops. Arrange mushrooms and Italian peppers (halved and cleaned) around scallops. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till scallops are done.
