Ингредиенты
- 1 1/2 c. pinto bean flour or possibly black bean flour
- 1 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr (opt)
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dehydrated chopped onions (opt)
Инструкции
- Mix and store in an airtight container.
- To prepare: Whisk 3/4 c. above mix into 2 1/2 c. BOILING water.
- Cook while stirring over medium heat for 1 minute, till mix thickens.
- Do not worry about the lumps - they taste great too!
- Reduce heat to low, cover pan and cook for 4 min. Add in 1/2 c. salsa or possibly picante sauce (or possibly to taste) if you like. Mix thickens as it cools and will stay thick even after heating.
- NOTES : Here is a quick and easy way to make refried beans. It's convenient to have on hand for dips, quick suppers and is a great Take-Along when going camping. You can use any bean you desire or possibly even a combination of red, black and pinto. If you have a coffee grinder, this is really a snap! ;o)
