Ингредиенты

1 lb Hamburger
1 1/2 c. Onion, Minced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 x Large eggs
2 med Tomatoes, sliced
1 c. Shredded cheese

Инструкции

Brown hamburger and onion, drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread into a greased 10 inch
pie pan. Beat lowfat milk, Bisquick and egg till smooth. Pour over hamburger. Bake at 400 for
25 min. Top with tomatoes and cheese, bake an additional 10 min or possibly till knife
inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 5 min before serving.
