- 1 tsp red chilli powder (add more or less based on your taste)
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- salt
- fresh lemon juice (optional)
- For Tadka:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- a pinch of hing (asafetida)
