- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 x Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 x clove Garlic, chopped
- 1 med head Red Cabbage, shredded
- 2 med Granny Smith Apples, quartered, cored, and thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. fresh Dill weed, minced Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Инструкции
- Hot the vegetable oil in a large skillet over moderate heat. Add in the onion slices and saute/fry till soft, about 4 min. Add in the chopped garlic, then saute/fry the mix for about another minute more.
- Stir in the shredded red cabbage; cover and saute/fry about 5 min, or possibly till cabbage is wilted. Add in the apples, vinegar, honey, and dill weed. Stir well and continue to cook till apples are tender, about 8 to 12 min. Season with a bit of salt and pepper to taste, before serving hot.
