- 1 tsp Unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. Cool water
- 2 c. White sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
- 1 c. Water
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 x Egg white
Инструкции
- Soften gelatin in 1/4 c cool water. Take Sugar, 1 c water and cream of Tartar. Boil until it reaches 235 degrees on candy thermometer. Remove from heat add in soften gelatin and let stand till luck hot. Add in salt, vanilla, and egg whites and beat well. Note which powdered egg whites would be best.
- Since Large eggs shouldn't be eaten raw any more. This is an older recipe so do with it as you feel comfortable.
