Ингредиенты
- 25 lbs potato wedges
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp pepper
- 1/2 cup vegetable spray or olive oil
- 3 pkgs dry caesar dressing mix
Инструкции
- pan up potatoes, on a parchment lined sheet pan and spray and salt and pepper them.
- Roast for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and toss with dry seasoning mix.
- Return to oven to complete cooking 10-15 minutes
- garnish and serve.
