Ингредиенты

25 lbs potato wedges 2 Tbsp salt 2 Tbsp pepper

1/2 cup vegetable spray or olive oil 3 pkgs dry caesar dressing mix

Инструкции

1. pan up potatoes, on a parchment lined sheet pan and spray and salt and pepper them.
2. Roast for 15 minutes.
3. Remove from oven and toss with dry seasoning mix.
4. Return to oven to complete cooking 10-15 minutes
5. garnish and serve.
