Ингредиенты
- 25 Lbs Potatoe wedges
- 2 Tbsps salt
- 2 Tbsps pepper
- 1/2 Cups Vegetable spray or olive oil
- 3 Pkgs Caesar dressing- Dry mix
Инструкции
- Pan potatoes on a parchment lined sheet pan and spray and salt and pepper them
- Roast for 15 minutes
- Remove form oven and toss with dry seasoning mix
- Return to oven to complete cooking for 10-15 minutes
- Garnish and serve
