- 2 c. whole-wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- 2 x egg whites slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 c. shredded zucchini squash
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 375F. Grease muffin tins lightly with oil.
- Mix flour, baking pwdr and salt. Combine remaining ingredients; add in to dry ingredients, stirring just till they are barely moistened. Batter will be lumpy.
- Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake for 20 min till lightly browned.
- Can also use 1 c. pared, minced tart apples in place of zucchini.
