- 1 pkt Yeast
- 3 c. Bread flour
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 3/4 c. Shredded coconut
- 3/4 c. Macadamia nuts or possibly almonds
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 1/2 c. Pineapple juice (above)
- 1 x Egg
- 1/4 c. Hot water
Инструкции
- Add in all ingredients in the order listed to the pan.
- Select white bread and press "Start".
- NOTE: Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature.
- This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine.
- After Second kneading, remove dough from machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans. Cover and let rise to double, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Bake at 350 f. for 35-40 minutes.
