Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkt Yeast
  • 3 c. Bread flour
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 3/4 c. Shredded coconut
  • 3/4 c. Macadamia nuts or possibly almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Pineapple juice (above)
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/4 c. Hot water

Инструкции

  1. Add in all ingredients in the order listed to the pan.
  2. Select white bread and press "Start".
  3. NOTE: Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature.
  4. This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine.
  5. After Second kneading, remove dough from machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans. Cover and let rise to double, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Bake at 350 f. for 35-40 minutes.
