Рецепт Hash Corned Beef with Potatoes and Onions
This is a typical fast Filipino corned beef recipe that you can pair with bread or rice.

- 2 cans Palm brand corned beef
- 1 medium Onion - sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 medium potato - chop to 1/4 inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste

- Place wok or large pan over high heat
- Add 1 Tablespoon oil
- When the oil is hot, add chopped potato
- Saute potato until golden brown
- Add sliced onion then stir fry for about 1 minute.
- Remove potato and onion then set aside
- Add garlic then saute until garlic is lightly browned
- Add corned beef
- Add water
- Separate the meat with wooden spatula or spoon
- Let it simmer until water almost evaporate
- Add potato and onions back.
- Mix corned beef until fully combined.
