I was born in a seaside town outside of Naples, Italy and received my professional training from E.N.A.L.C.culinary school in Trieste, Italy where I graduated with honors. I worked many years on cruise ships, it allowed me to travel all over the world while doing what I like to do most (COOK) and of course romance. One day the ship sailed to San Francisco needless to say I never went back to the ship. Since I didn't want to leave my heart in San Francisco, I stayed with it. I worked in several odd jobs and helped open few restaurants, but it wasn’t until I teamed up with my business partners that things start changing, together we opened a restaurant. Now we own various restaurants in San Francisco and in Los Angeles.
I'm blessed to have had both my Nonna and my world travels to inspire my cooking.
