- 1 pound hamburger
- 2 ribs celery, minced
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Инструкции
- Brown hamburger and drain. Cook celery, pepper and onions till tender. Add in hamburger and tomatoes and cook slowly for 10 min. Add in rice. Just before serving, cover cheese slices. When cheese is melted, serve. Salt and pepper to taste.
