Ингредиенты
- 1/2 x Cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, cubed (about 1 C)
- 1/4 c. Minced red onion
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Grated lime peel
- 1/2 tsp Grnd pepper
- 10 ounce Grouper fillets or possibly other hard whitefish filets (up to 12 ounce)
- 1 Tbsp. Oil

- Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or possibly preheat broiler. Mix first 6 ingredients in non-aluminum bowl. Season to taste with salt. Let stand at room temperature at least 15 min or possibly cover and chill up to 2 hrs.
- Brush fish with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill fish till just cooked through, about 3 min per side. Transfer fish to plates. Spoon salsa over.
