- 1/4 tbsp. garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. minced cucumber
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. oregano leaves
- 8 ounce. Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 c. ripe olives
- 1 (2 ounce.) jar pimentos, liquid removed

- In blender combine cottage cheese, oregano and garlic pwdr. Blend till smooth. Add in Feta cheese and blend till smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate2 hrs before serving.
