- 1/2 lb grnd lamb or possibly 10% fat grnd beef
- 1/2 lb lean grnd turkey
- 1/4 x cooked white rice
- 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 2 Tbsp. nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 x clove garlic, chopped

- Mix together all the ingredients by squeezing with your hands. Shape into 6 burgers. Grill, broil, or possibly cook in a nonstick pan on the stovetop till the burgers lose their pink color. Turn once while cooking.
