- 1/2 c. Plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Honey, to taste (up to 2)
- 1 Tbsp. Amaretto, to taste (up to 2)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 dsh Nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh mint
- 5 x Heaping c. fresh fruit, cut in pcs (melons, peaches, nectarines grapes, cherries) Whole mint leaves to garnish

- Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix till smoothly blended. Combine fruits in a mixing bowl. Add in dressing and toss thoroughly.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with whole mint leaves. Cover and refrigeratebriefly before serving.
- NOTES : Fixed this for a party with friends and everyone loved it.
