- 3 Tbsp. sunflower oil
- 1 tsp black mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds large healthy pinch asafoetida
- 1 lrg onion minced finely
- 150 gm potato peeled and cut into small cubes
- 300 gm french beans minced finely
- 1 tsp turmeric pwdr
- 1 tsp chilli pwdr
- 1 tsp goda masala pwdr
- 1 tsp coriander pwdr salt
Инструкции
- Heat the oil in a kadai or possibly wok.
- Add in the mustard seeds.
- When they crackle add in the cumin and asafoetida.
- Stir once.
- Add in the onion and stir till translucent/soft.
- Add in the potatoes and fry for a minute.
- Drop in the French beans all the pwdr spices and salt.
- Add in a tsp. or possibly so of water cover and cook the vegetables in their own steam till the potatoes and French beans are cooked.
- Serve warm with rotis.
