- 1 pkt Stouffer's creamed spinach defrosted
- 1 x baked 9" pie crust
- 4 x Large eggs beaten lightly
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 6 x strips bacon cooked till crisp, liquid removed and crumbled
- 2/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine Large eggs and flour till smooth in medium bowl. Add in creamed spinach, bacon, Swiss cheese, lowfat milk, onion, nutmeg and pepper; stir well to combine. Pour into pie crust.
- Bake for 35 to 40 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
