Name: Favorite Meatloaf
Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb lean grnd beef; 1/2 lb grnd sausage; 1/2 pkt seasoned bread crumbs; 2 x Large eggs; 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk; 1/4 c. ketchup; 1 x finely minced onion; 1/2 x finely minced green pepper; 1 clv garlic, pressed and finely minced; 2 Tbsp. steak sauce; 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce; 2 c. grated cheddar cheese; 6 slc uncooked bacon

Ингредиенты

1 1/2 lb lean grnd beef
1/2 lb grnd sausage
1/2 pkt seasoned bread crumbs
2 x Large eggs
2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
1/4 c. ketchup
1 x finely minced onion
1/2 x finely minced green pepper
1 clv garlic, pressed and finely minced
2 Tbsp. steak sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
6 slc uncooked bacon

Инструкции

Mix everything together (except the bacon) till uniformly blended. Shape into a loaf and place in a large loaf pan or possibly baking dish. Lay the bacon side by side lengthwise on top of the meatloaf. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350F for 1 hour. Then uncover and bake an additional half hour.
