  1. In a blender, grind garlic, mustard, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, and nuts with 1 c. of water. Add in the bread and slowly pour in the remaining c. of water, blending till mix forms a thick sauce the consistency of mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature or possibly chilled, on baked fish, steamed, or possibly raw vegetables. Will keep refrigerated for 10 days.
