- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 2 lg. Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. egg nog
- Candied cherries - red and green
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- 3 c. sifted cake flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. water
Инструкции
- Beat butter till creamy. Gradually add in sugar beating till fluffy. Add in Large eggs one at a time. Blend in flavorings. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, and salt. Add in butter mix alternately with egg nog and water beating till smooth. Turn into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 min or possibly till done; cold in pan for 15 min. Remove from pan and cold. Glaze and decorate with fruit.
