- 1 lrg Or possibly 2 small bunches romaine, torn into bite-size pcs (10 c.)
- 1 c. Caesar or possibly garlic-flavored croutons
- 1/3 c. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 1. Pour dressing into large salad bowl. Add in romaine; toss till coated with dressing.
- 2. Sprinkle with croutons, cheese and pepper; toss.
- NOTES : Instantly turn this favorite into a main dish by topping servings of the salad with a grilled boneless chicken breast half, leftover pcs of cooked steak, cooked chicken tenders or possibly cooked and peeled shrimp.
