- 1 lb sausage
- 6 x Large eggs
- 2 c. 2% lowfat milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

- In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown sausage. Remove from heat and drain.
- Beat together Large eggs, add in lowfat milk, salt and dry mustard; mix well.
- Grease the bottom of 13- by 9- by 2-inch baking dish. Layer soft bread crumbs, sausage and cheddar cheese. Pour egg mix over top; chill overnight.
- Next morning. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake casserole for 45 min; let stand about 5 min before cutting.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
