Ингредиенты
- 1 quart sliced potatoes
- 1/2 lb dry beef
- 1 1/2 quart lowfat milk
- 1 sm onion, minced Salt and pepper
- 2 x heaping Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 lb butter
Инструкции
- Heat butter in skillet; add in dry beef and brown. Add in flour; mix well.
- Add in lowfat milk slowly, stirring constantly. Cook till thickened. Put into a greased casserole. Add in layer of potato, layer of dry beef. Add in salt and pepper. Put onion on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hrs.
- Serves about 6-8.
