Enriched Rice 6lbs
Chicken Stock 3qts
Garlic 1/4 cup Peel, Mince
Onion, Spanish 1lbs. Peel, Dice
Green Pepper 1lbs Wash, Dice
Vegetable Oil 1 cup
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Dried Thyme 3tbsp
Bay Leaf 3 leaves
Cayenne Pepper 1tbsp
Sausage Meat 1lb Cooked Stain Fat
Ground Beef 1lb Cooked Stain Fat
Scallions, Green 4bunches Wash, Sliced

Инструкции

Place rice in pot, or pan and add chicken Stock. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Do not over cook. In tilt grill saute garlic, onions ans bell pepper, and scallions in vegetable iol until soft for about 5 minutes. Add sausage and ground beef and season with salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaf and cayenne. May need to remove some fat with a Ladle Add cooked rice and adjust seasonings as needed.
