- 2/3 c. rice
- 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/3 c. raisins
Инструкции
- Cook rice according to package directions; drain it and rinse it with cool water.
- combine lowfat milk, salt, sugar, butter, vanilla and Large eggs with rice; beat well.
- Add in raisins; mix lightly with fork.
- Grease a baking dish and pour mix in.
- Bake at 350 degrees till it is set and a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
