Ингредиенты

  • 2/3 c. rice
  • 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. soft butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. raisins

Инструкции

  1. Cook rice according to package directions; drain it and rinse it with cool water.
  2. combine lowfat milk, salt, sugar, butter, vanilla and Large eggs with rice; beat well.
  3. Add in raisins; mix lightly with fork.
  4. Grease a baking dish and pour mix in.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees till it is set and a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
