- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese ( 4 ounces)
- 1 cup minced onion
- crackers or pita chips for serving

- position rack in the middle of the oven and preheat oven to 350
- stir together the mayo, cheese and onions. transfer to a shallow 1 quart baking dish and bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 25 minutes
- serve with crackers or pita chips
