  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese ( 4 ounces)
  • 1 cup minced onion
  • crackers or pita chips for serving

  1. position rack in the middle of the oven and preheat oven to 350
  2. stir together the mayo, cheese and onions. transfer to a shallow 1 quart baking dish and bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 25 minutes
  3. serve with crackers or pita chips
