- 1 c. Potato Buds (dry)
- 2 teaspoon dry basil leaves
- 1 egg, beaten or possibly Egg Beaters
- 2 teaspoon instant chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound fish fillets

- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Heat shortening. Mix potatoes, basil, onion, salt and pepper. Dip fish into egg; coat with potato mix. Place in pan and bake for about 10-15 min. Turn fish and bake till fish flakes easily. (5 servings).
