- 2 c. crushed Rice Krispies
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 3 pound frying chicken pcs, washed and patted dry
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted

- Place crushed Rice Krispies in a shallow dish or possibly pan. Stir in paprika. Set aside.
- In a second shallow dish or possibly pan, beat egg and lowfat milk slightly. Add in flour, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Mix till smooth. Dip chicken in batter. Coat with crushed cereal. Place in single layer, skin side up, in well-greased or possibly foil-lined shallow baking pan. Drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or possibly till chicken is tender. Don't cover pan or possibly turn chicken while baking (6 servings).
