- 1 c. lowfat milk
- Salt
- 1 can tuna, liquid removed
- 1 c. peas, liquid removed
- 3 boiled Large eggs

- Heat butter. Add in flour and blend till smooth. Add in lowfat milk. Add in tuna and peas. Dice Large eggs. Cook till white sauce is thick. Serve over toast.
